Apparently, they give out awards for persistence in real estate - though I think my clients deserve it more! This past year, they patiently remained focused by staying tuned to the market, adapted to the process changes, and somehow still kept their sense of humor.
Of course, some deals were smooth sailing (we love those too!), while others had a few unexpected waves. I am just so lucky to guide them and make sure my clients dock exactly where they want to be. Cheers to the buyers who did not give up, the sellers who rolled with the punches, and everyone who made this possible. Thank you!
