Over $4,000 thousand dollars! The Peña Family walked away with over $4,000 thousand dollars on top of their original net proceeds estimate. A huge win considering it was a buyers market and the home was listed during the holidays.

It's important to set expectations and have a strategic game plan. We had plenty of cash buyers but we decided to stick to our plan. The outcome was over $4,000 thousand dollars!

Let's face it, moving in general is stressful. Now imagine moving from another state!

What a beautiful journey!

Every closing is a celebration but this one is a big one! The Hartman family had been in the search of becoming a homeowner for months with no luck.
