I have added a new family to my real estate family!

It all started with a referral from my son! Doug is a co-worker with Markos and are we ever so grateful for Doug's relationship with my son!

Enough about my son's best buddy!

I spoke to Doug and his wife Alliy on the phone and talked about the importance of meeting to do a buyer consult. The Buyer Consultation would help them to understand the process, document and to speak about their wants/needs. It also allowed me an opportunity to explain the value I can bring to them when they hired me to be their Realtor® to help them with the buying process.

I connected them with Kristin Hinitt and she then set up an appointment with them to walk them through the lender processing!

We spoke all about resale and new build homes! They decided they wanted to venture out to San Tan/Queen Creek area to look for a new build home that was close to their son's school.

We made a day of looking at new builds and talking pro's and con's about each subdivision. I think we visited about 6 of them. We decided to check out a Taylor Morrison subdivision and found the one! It was like tears and fireworks all at the same time! Someone was looking at the home and wanted it as well...but we for sure moved quickly to lock this baby up!

It's a beauty! This home is 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and just under 3,200 sq. ft with a 3 car garage . This home had so many incentives. We were able to shave off $26,500 off the purchase price and get a credit of $17,296.00 for closing costs. It was a great deal on this home and my buyers didn't want to lose out on this opportunity.

Sharing it caring! I am here to help make sure you don't go lose your eyesight because you looked at the eclipse without the special glasses.

I am also here to help you not lose any equity in your home. The online numbers are not great numbers because they are pulled using an algorithm that doesn't make sense today's market.

Even if you aren't looking to sell and just curious about your value...I am your girl to help you with that! I wouldn't want you to lose your eyesight today or lose sight of me when it comes to answering any questions as it relates to your home/investment home.

So excited for my sellers! We had great feedback for my listing! The sellers did the best to always make sure the home was show ready for the showings!

These sellers were referred to me by a previous client! I am over the moon excited for the accepted offer and excited that my friends and family continue to refer me to their friends and family!

First, we schedule a buyer consult. A buyer consult is an important part of taking steps to buying a home. It's a time for you and I to get to know each other. It's also a great time for my buyer to talk about her wants and needs in purchasing a home. We both learn alot about each other during the buyer consult time. Treating your business like a true business is a must. I am not just a door opener! :)

Second, we put a plan together to get us to where we are at today!

After looking at about 7 properties, we found the one that was great for her and her family! The back yard and the front yard is amazing! They loved the neighborhood! Most important was my clients understanding the home will not check all the boxes on their want list but it sure did cover most of them!

This is a starter home for my clients. We all have to start somewhere. Your first home isn't going to be your forever home. Heck..your 3rd or 4th might not be either. But this is perfect for her to live in and do some slight improvements and build some equity.

Building equity is the important for helping those looking to have a bigger down payment on something later obviously good for other things as well!
