Great Short Sale listing over an Acre and had over 30 offers in 2 days. Now 35 days after listing the home I have full Bank Short sale approval set to close at the end of the month. This is when I love being in real estate. What a day!

About Russ and April:

Russ is the Lead Sales Agent and Manager for StoneCrest Properties. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing from ASU and background in Engineering. His Education enabled him write a successful program to search out the "Good Deals" from MLS. He has been an apartment manager, Loan Officer, and owned many investment homes, raw land and industrial properties of his own. He found value in helping others with Real-estate so decided to join StoneCrest Properties as a full time Agent in 2007. Although Russ specializes in investment homes, he also does High-end, New Build, Commercial, and Land. He is extremely knowledgeable about the ever changing market, and stays current with today's loan programs and tricky short sales. Russ works hard to get the deals done.

April grew up in Real Estate watching her parents own and operate their own Brokerage, so it felt natural to do the same. She became a Realtor in January 1999, on her 19th birthday, and has kept up with it ever since. She was a realtor for 5 years before becoming the Owner and Designated Broker for StoneCrest Properties in 2004.
