Scott was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona and is a lifelong Arizona native. He has lived in Gilbert since 2000 with his beautiful wife Julianne and their five wonderful children, Kaden, twins Brylee and Branson, Ella and Cali. Scott loves to be involved in his community and has devoted many hours to several charitable organizations, community service projects and the Boy Scouts of America program

. He has also enjoyed coaching his boys little league baseball and football teams and currently works with the youth in his church. Scott was raised in a business family. His Father started a small copy and printing company when Scott was 16 years old and Scott learned how to work hard and take care of clients at a young age. With Scott’s help the printing company expanded into a large marketing, printing and mail-house that is widely known and respected in Arizona today. Scott enjoyed many years there as a senior marketing specialist and gained invaluable knowledge and experience in sales, marketing and building client relationships. On that foundation Scott gained an interest in Real Estate and now enjoys helping his clients buy and sell homes full time. Of top importance to Scott is honesty and integrity in his personal and professional life. After more than 20 years of successfully taking care of clients' needs he has expert ability to watch out for the best interests of those he works for. Scott is dependable and works hard while paying attention to detail. With extensive experience in negotiating Scott will negotiate the best possible deal, ensuring the best bottom line for his clients with each and every real estate transaction.

Our last quarter of 2024 was FULL both professionally and personally! My oldest son married his sweetheart Josi in November. They are a perfect match and we love having sweet Josi (and her beautiful singing voice) in our family!
Professionally, we have had 7 closings since I lasted posted. So many great clients and so many great properties! More to come on that soon!
Thank you for trusting me with your home buying and selling, I love what I do!
We’ve also been working on a fun real estate project that I’m looking forward to sharing soon as well!

I couldn’t get this gorgeous Gilbert home in Layton Lakes posted soon enough and we already had showings Day 1 and was under contract by Day 2.
I knew a house with a casita would be desirable in todays market. With housing prices & interest rates where they are at…having a property where two families can live, is an appealing asset to have.

Congrats to my buyers on getting this amazing custom lot in Queen Creek!
With land getting more and more scarce, it’s tough to find a lot like this. Great location, amazing size, no HOA, dual road access, all utilities on site…really everything!
All 5 lots were gobbled up within days of going on market. Kudos to my buyers for being quick and decisive. And with some creative negotiating we snagged the best lot of the 5.
