LOVE THIS EMAIL!!!! GO DENNIS!!!! I wanted to reach out to you and give you some feedback. Hopefully it will get back to the owner as well. I wanted you to know that I am a landlord with a few properties especially here in Gainey Ranch. I've used multiple companies to help me move stuff in and out of properties I rent and to and from the storage unit right around the corner. I've never had a great experience until now.
Your company was easy to work with, “you” were direct and didn't make it difficult to understand what and how I was going to be charged. Thank you. Next, the actual service. I can't remember all their names. It was the most impressive job I've ever seen done on my move. The guys were cordial and professional as they introduced themselves to me. They quickly wanted to get to work and asked me to walk them through the project, so they didn't need to disturb me by asking more questions. The way they handle my furniture, walls and everything else in my homes was by far the best I've ever seen. They wrapped things that needed to be wrapped and just took their time to make sure to be careful to move the furniture through the house and into the storage unit. They helped me select the appropriate size of storage unit while still understanding I was trying to save money by getting the smallest possible. After about 10-12 moves in the past three-four years, your company did the best. I will be using you again. Please get this feedback to the owner or the top person so he can congratulate all of you and know how good his guys were in moving my furniture.

PS. I came across your company when one of my tenants was moving in and used your company. 7### E, Gainey Ranch Rd Scottsdale, AZ 85258. I was driving away when someone from your company ran after me and gave me business cards with Dennis Menard’s name on there. I was surprised how eager he was to catch up with me to introduce your company to me. I am not sure it was Dennis or someone else. In addition, I am not the type of person to write letters of recommendation or complain if I don't like some type of service. So, it is truly a credit to your company for me to do this.
