We've been doing this teamwork thing for over 16 years and it keeps getting better. Lilly is a Florida native and Arizona transplant - she loves the sunshine! Fun Fact: She never saw a snowflake until she was an adult when Josh proposed on Christmas night! Josh is a Colorado native with a but has lived in many areas of the US. We met in college in Lakeland, Florida. What began as a friendship turn

ed into a love story over games of Uno. 16 years later, we still love to play board games and cards together. In our personal time, we spend our days with our kids at the soccer fields, playing pickleball, camping, looking for the next series to binge, and playing games in our East Mesa home. Lilly lead the way to our careers in Real Estate when she began in 2009 in Southwest Florida. She started out with property management and rentals but really fell in love with helping families and individuals sell and find new forever homes. Josh joined in on the fun with a goal to bring his experience in marketing to level up the way we serve our clients. We are both entrepreneurs at heart and love new beginnings. A new Home. This is it!

The home has been built, inspected, papers have been signed, and now IT’S OFFICIAL!

What I love about this:

A new beginning! This family has worked HARD to get to this point. And now they get to reap the benefits. There will be moving, there may be hiccups, but this home is now theirs and I’m sure they feel amazing. They will host friends, they will make memories, they will raise their babies - life will be LIVED here. I couldn’t possibly be more excited for them.

Just finished a framing walkthrough with some clients. That might sound like no big deal, but let me tell you what it means -

The walls are up in the place they will spend the next several years at. (8-11 years on average) 🏠

They’re starting to picture their lives here. What evenings after work will look like. Where they’ll drink their coffee. Where they’ll host friends for a holiday. How their lives lives will fit here. 👫

They’re so excited - and so am I!! This is what I love about my job. I’m part of such a big and memorable experience for someone. And I get to help to make it the best one possible. 🔑🎉
