City Line Properties, LLC, of Chandler, Arizona is a private, for-profit Real Estate Investing Company that focuses on the acquisition, rehabilitation, wholesale and lease of residential real estate in the Phoenix Metro area. When they originally founded the company in 2009, husband and wife team, Gary and Maria Giordano had the simple goal of rehabilitating distressed homes in the Phoenix Metro a
nd surrounding East Valley area. They continue to invest in real estate, not as realtors, but as private investors. As the company grew, Gary and Maria realized how the constantly changing market drives and affects the needs of their community. Since the Phoenix Metro market continues to have a very strong rental population with very low vacancy rates, they continue to rehabilitate distressed properties, while also including a number of buy and hold properties in their investment portfolio. These properties are mostly single family residences, duplexes, triplexes or fourplexes that generally need minor repairs.
