Us Arizona people are a little biased …

🚩 Send this to somebody you want to move to Arizona.

My wife and I have family and friends that frequently come and visit us here in Arizona. Is it hot? Sure. But most of the time we get to enjoy the outdoors, take the kids and their bikes out on the trails & do so all winter long.

It’s hard to describe the vibe unless you’ve visited.

Did you know most people visit several times before realizing they want to make the Phoenix, Arizona their home base? Yep. It’s true. I’ve helped countless families make this happen.

Looking to relocate here? Or possible sell your home here in town and change neighborhoods? I’d love to help.

What’s your favorite part about the vibe of Arizona?

Comment it below.

Hi 🙋🏼‍♂️. My name is Israel. I’m a local real estate agent. I’ve raised my kids here. I’m active on the bike trails. I truly do love living here. I’d love to help your family if you needed it. Dm me with any questions. I’ve had my real estate license for more than 10 years.

I’ve heard from clients that leaving behind Texas was hands down the best decision they had ever made.

I’m originally from Argentina. I knew I wanted something different for the family I’d raise. I relocated here to the Phoenix, Arizona area. My wife was born and raised here. Since having my real estate license, I’ve helped a lot of clients have that same relocation experience as me.

I’m not going to lie... it took a little while to adjust. I miss my family and friends, but this change in lifestyle has given me so much more. The best part? Everyone wants to come visit Arizona, so I always have guests to share it with.

I’m drawn to the mountain views that stop you in your tracks, the fresh warm air, the endless trails, and the way the sunsets paint the sky like nowhere else. There’s something special about the sense of community here that makes it all feel like home.

Now, weekends feel like a whole new world. I can start the day with a sunrise hike, grab breakfast at one of my favorite local spots, and spend the afternoon exploring a new trail or strolling through a mountain town. If I want a bigger city vibe, Scottsdale is just up the road.

And I definitely don’t miss the gridlocked traffic or concrete jungle. My relocation clients say that as well.

If you’ve ever thought about making a change-about finding a place where life feels slower, lighter, and more in tune with your pace-Phoenix, Arizona might just capture your heart the way it did mine.

Did you relocate here? From where? What’s been your experience? Share below.

I hear this all the time.

A lot of families I’ve helped buy, sell or invest over the years. They’ve told me they wished they had relocated to Phoenix, Az sooner. They didn’t make the move because of the silliest reasons.

I always remind the and tell others that they only have one life so why wait. Why push the move back if you know it will make you happier.

I recently had friend in tow as well and they had mentioned it as well. It actually made me chuckle when the said it.

“There will always be another job, another city, another chapter. But never another life. Don’t be afraid to move to Arizona and start over.” -anonymous

So, just do it. Stop delaying it:

Have you relocated here? Comment below from where and why you chose the Phoenix, Az area.

My wife grew up here and she loves it.

Anything beat Arizona skies?

Okay, I admit it. I’m a sunset ju**ie. I’ve loved them ever since raising my family outside of the Phoenix, Arizona area. If you’ve been to Arizona you already know that the state has some of the most colorful, awe inspiring sunsets in the world.

Indeed, you’ll rarely see an issue of Arizona Highways magazine without at least one sunset gracing its pages.

Being the sunset ju**ie that I am, I’m always on the lookout for signs that a sunset worthy of being photographed is on the horizon.

Do you live here locally? Are you a sunset ju**ie?

Arizona summers are brutally hot and not everyone is built for that kind of heat.

Not “wow it’s warm today” hot.

More like “why does the seatbelt feel like it came out of the oven?” hot.

There will be days over 110° and summer will feel like a personal attack.

You’ll learn quickly.

You’ll run errands early.

You’ll park for shade like it’s survival.

You’ll keep sunglasses in every car, purse, and backpack.

And if you move here in July?

You’ll undoubtedly question your life choices.

But here’s the part the internet haters skip.

Arizona isn’t defined by summer.

It’s defined by everything else.

Because for a huge part of the year, the lifestyle here is incredible.

Think about it.

October through April?

It’s the reason people fall in love with Arizona.

☀️ Kids playing outside after school
☀️ Patio dinners in January
☀️ Hiking without freezing
☀️ Weekend farmers markets in perfect weather

The families who thrive here understand one simple thing:

You don’t fight the desert.

You learn its rhythm.

✅ You buy a home with a pool or community pool
✅ You do outdoor things in the morning or evening
✅ You escape north when you want cooler air. Flagstaff is my personal favorite.
✅ You treat summer like the Northern states treat winter

Just a season you plan around.

And here’s the truth I see working with relocating families every day:

The people who struggle here expect perfect weather all the time.

The people who love it here?

They figure it out quickly.

More sunshine.
More time outside overall.
No scraping ice off windshields.
No gray skies for months.

And for many families moving here…

More house.
More community.
More opportunity.

Summer doesn’t define Arizona.

It’s just one chapter in a place people end up loving for a lot of other reasons.

If Arizona has been on your radar but the heat makes you hesitate, comment AZ BOUND and I’ll send you information about the best areas to purchase your dream home.

When I moved to Arizona 28 years ago from a big city in Argentina, I thought I was just changing my address.

I didn’t realize I was changing my lifestyle.

At first, it was just a hike here and there. A weekend bike ride. A fishing trip. A day kayaking. But the desert has a way of pulling you outside. The mountains start calling. The lakes become part of your routine. The sunsets make you pause.

The other day I was scrolling through my phone… and I saw it clearly. Hundreds of photos. Trails. Mountain biking. Fishing with the kids. Kayaking. Laughing. Exploring.

So many of our best memories didn’t happen inside four walls, they happened out there.

Arizona didn’t just become home. It became our adventure.

If you’ve been thinking about relocating and want a life that feels bigger, more active, more connected to nature… maybe this is your sign.

👉 Comment “Outdoors” and let’s talk about what life here could look like for you. 🌵

For me, it started 27 years ago with a move and a leap of faith.
For my wife, it’s deeper than that. She’s fourth-generation Arizona. This land raised her.

Together, we built a life here.
We are halfway through raising six kids right here.
Different seasons, different chapters, same desert sky.

I’ve watched people arrive unsure…
and settle into a life they didn’t even know they were looking for.

Arizona has a way of feeling like home faster than you expect.

They used to wake up to scraped windshields, frozen fingertips, and gray skies that lasted for months. ❄️
Now their mornings start with sunshine, palm trees, and coffee on the patio. ☀️

That’s the shift so many snowbirds make every year, not just in location, but in lifestyle.

Gilbert dinner patios.
Scottsdale Golfing year-round.
Chandler communities built for comfort, connection, and winter that feels like vacation.
