Your interest rate is not the most important thing.

But the years you spend waiting?

As of September 2026, reports 154 active listings in 85297, a $639,450 median listing price, $577,000 median sold price, and 72 median days on market. Listings are down 7.69% month-over-month, but median listing price is down 7.78% year-over-year and days on market are up 10.67%.
Overall, buyers can take their time looking. And many sellers are giving concessions. It’s not a bad market, but it is a different one. We can help navigate this market and be by your side, every step of the way.
