Happy Tuesday y’all! What an exciting day it has been! 🩷

Spent some time in Mesa today with my sellers, talking through our game plan and extending their listing for another six months! Their trust means more than they know. When your sellers see how hard you’re working and tell you they want to keep going with you, it’s such a good feeling!

This market has been tough, but we’re feeling hopeful and ready to get things moving! Fresh new price of $48,800, the park is looking great, and something good is coming our way. I can feel it! 🏡
