🎉 Met these First Time Buyers last year at my Open House for a listing I had. We toured once before last year then they took a break. I kept intouch for several months and we toured again yesterday and they loved this home on tour. They wrote their 1st offer and it was accepted!! They are getting it below market value bc it needs about ~$5K rehab and ARV would be about $35K more!! Congratulations to my Buyers!! 🙏🏽
