Dreams are worth waiting for. 🏡✨

After more than a year of searching, my client finally found the perfect lot! Instead of traditional financing, we negotiated seller financing, which gave them more flexible terms that fit their goals.

Seller financing means the seller acts as the lender, allowing the buyer to make payments directly to them instead of going through a bank. It can be a great option when it creates more flexibility for both parties.

Now that they have terms that work best for them financially, they’re one step closer to building their dream home - and they don’t have to wait nearly as long to make it happen. So excited for this next chapter! 🎉
