After over TWO years of searching high and low, submitting offers, and waiting for the right one… we FINALLY found the perfect lot for my clients to build their custom dream home on.

Buying land is so much more than just loving the view. There are so many important factors to consider - utilities, grading, CCRs, buildability, and long-term usability of the lot. My job is to help guide my clients through all of those details so they can move forward confidently.

This one was worth the wait. I’m beyond excited for these clients and the life they’ll build here in the years ahead.

Mortgage rates just made a move we haven’t seen in over three and a half years. The 30 year fixed has dropped into the 5 percent range and even lower than last week’s milestone.
