When Amlan and Tinku closed on their home, I told them our relationship didn’t end at the closing table. Apparently, they took me at my word. 😂❤️

They’re officially moved in and loving Arizona, and they invited me out to dinner to celebrate. We had the best time just relaxing, laughing, catching up on life and hearing how much they’re enjoying their new home.

Congratulations to my sellers UNDER CONTRACT! 🔑🏡

This one took some negotiating. 😮‍💨

There was back and forth, numbers to work through, and terms that needed to make sense for my sellers. We stayed patient, held firm where it mattered, and kept working toward a deal.
And this morning, I got to send my sellers the BEST message:
WE’RE UNDER CONTRACT! 🙌🏾

Their response? “You really are a pitbull at these negotiations!” 😂
I’ll take it.
My sellers are happy, excited and already packing. And that makes this Realtor very happy too. 💙

This one feels extra special.

Andrew and Brittany purchased this home with me, and now I’m honored to be helping them through another chapter.
