SOOOO honored and humbled that my new Teammates at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix entrusted little ole me to jump right in and assist with our east valley Buyers that we needed to get BACK under contract quickly after their prior escrow fell through (home inspection gone bad)!! Several days of counteroffers and negotiations -- but we got it DONE and are officially UNDER CONTRACT on a new home we found for them!! !!

SO RELIEVED to have pulled this one off for my Buyers and officially seal the deal to get this home UNDER CONTRACT!! We spent ALL weekend looking, and THEN battled multiple offers EVERYWHERE in their price range. And then of COURSE we had to negotiate for 2 days on the Counter-Offers. But -- with some patience and diligence; a bit of Listing Agent stalking; and even having to temporarily take off my Realtor hat and put on my Oprah/Dr. Phil therapist, arm-wrestle referee, and even HGTV interior design hats and help this feuding couple come to a decision on which home to choose!! Hidden moral of the story is: Yep--Realtors SAVE marriages too!! The closet space and pool vs. no pool struggle is REAL folks!
