Our Batesburg-Leesville listing is under contract in just a week!

We’re excited for the amount of business we are receiving this Fall, which is an interesting indicator of the market. Buyers are starting to accept that interest rates are not going back to 2 or 3%, and Seller’s are starting to accept they cannot expect 2021 prices or urgency from buyers. There truly is no right time to buy or sell….it’s like having a kid I say…really no right time! LOL 😉

That said, it’s a market where each party has to be in a mindset and realistic place to negotiate and find common ground, and agents must be willing to do the same. We are in a fun and interesting market, and with the right brokers, agents, and expertise behind you, your real estate transactions can be successful too!
