Mary Wolf-Breen and I are thrilled to share that we have closed on this beautiful home in Circle G Ranches in Tempe, Arizona.
Dare I say, we both fell in love all over again — with our clients and with their home.
One of the special parts of private showings is getting to open and close up the homes we list. Somewhere along the way, Mary and I always start planning how we could buy each one ourselves. This is not a joke! We laugh about it often as we imagine where we would live, how we would use the spaces, and why each home feels so special.
