As of January 1, 2026, there is a new law in place, that could drastically change the value of your property, in the Greater Phoenix Area.

Cities with 75,000+ residents (like Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe) are now required to allow ADUs on single family lots. Local bans are no longer allowed.
