Last week, our Ally team got together for our annual company retreat. This year, we headed to sunny San Diego, and after a few days of great weather and even better company, we’re coming back energized and ready to go.
Some highlights:
Hearing about the importance of belonging and teamwork from Mark Few, head coach of Gonzaga basketball
Training sessions on everything from leveling up customer interactions to using AI in our day-to-day
The unveiling of a new core value: safety
An awards ceremony recognizing the people who go above and beyond every day
An original song performed by our CEO, Crawley (a well-earned punishment for losing the fantasy football league)
Grateful for everyone who makes Ally a great place to be. We’re already counting down the days to the next one and are excited to put what we learned into action for the communities we serve 💚
