🔑Another one closed - and this transaction
definitely came with a few unexpected twists along the way.
There were ALOT of emotional conversations, conflicts within families that I had to manage, hear both sides too, be sympathetic but also be a professional, tons of moving parts that needed immediate attention, last-minute issues that could have delayed closing, had I not questioned some things on a settlement sheet an " over looked situation " could have been a terrible situation and multiple situations that required patience, communication, and steady problem-solving to keep everything moving forward.
This is the part of Real Estate people don't always see.
The contracts are only one piece of it. The posts of us showing homes and writing contracts is the " fun". The communication, problem-solving, staying calm under pressure, navigating sensitive situations, protecting timelines, coordinating all parties, and catching issues before they become disasters - that's where experience matters.
A smooth closing doesn't always mean it was an easy transaction. Sometimes it means you hired the right professional to manage the hard parts quietly and strategically behind the scenes.
Grateful for another successful closing and even more grateful for the trust my clients place in me during moments that require patience, steady leadership, & guidance.
