🏈🙏🏾❤️There is nothing quite like that 1st offer.

Tyson got the completely random and unexpected FaceTime call yesterday with the whole family present. We had literally just pulled in from our spring break vacation (Nevada of all places) and were still unloading our luggage from the car.

Only a mom & dad see the behind the scene struggles, pain & hurt that their kids go through. It’s been a long and difficult road. We’ve laughed together, we’ve cried together.

But to see the pure joy and excitement on your face when Coach Ortiz gave you the news made it all worthwhile. We could not be more proud of you son.

It’s only the beginning.

🏠Congrats to my client on the close of his new build! He started this process and went under contract in December of 2020 and 12 months later got the 🔑’s to his 1st home with instant equity.

The builder’s preferred lender was giving him an incentive so he was considering going with them. My message to my client was -

“When it’s time to lock shoot me their loan estimate and I will beat their pricing. Worst case, use me as leverage to get a better deal from them.”

When it was all said and done I was able to match the builder’s preferred lenders rate and give my client an additional $4,000 in credits towards his closing costs and pre-paids .

I love it when my clients win!
