🏡 A little real estate page update!

I’ve decided to simplify things a bit and will be closing this real estate page and moving everything over to my main page.

Real estate is a huge part of my everyday life, so it just makes sense to keep everything in one place — homes, open houses, market updates, behind-the-scenes moments, family, life and all the chaos in between. 😂

🏡 Prices? Mostly flat. Median sits around $415K–$465K depending on the source. YoY growth has cooled, and some platforms show slight dips.

📊 DOM? Up. Homes are taking 60–70+ days to sell vs. ~50 a year ago. Buyers are moving slower — and sellers are feeling it.

📦 Inventory? Growing. Listings are stacking up. More options = more leverage for buyers.

⏳ Bottom Line: The red-hot pace has cooled. Still not a full buyer’s market — but it’s shifting. If you’re waiting for timing leverage, this might be your window.
