Impact Eighty-Eight

Impact Eighty-Eight We train new home sales pros, leaders, and builder teams who want to make a difference, focusing on what matters: people, purpose, and performance that lasts.

This industry isn’t just about selling homes—it’s about serving people and changing lives.

Before Ryan Taft ever wrote a book or built a certification, he was a newly promoted sales leader with no training on how to actually coach anyone. He learned to lead the way most people do, by trial, error, and figuring it out on the job.

Years later, he was in front of a group of leaders, asking them to recite a coaching framework he'd been teaching for close to ten years. Nobody in the room could do it. That was the moment he realized the industry had plenty of training on process, and almost none on how to actually develop people.

That gap is why he wrote RevenueGetter, and why Impact Eighty Eight built the RevenueGetter Coaching Certification. It's a 12-month program built around the 4E Coaching Method™, with four in-person intensives and monthly live calls with Ryan Taft, designed to teach revenue-responsible leaders how to coach for real, measurable behavior change instead of just having better conversations.

January 2027 enrollment is open, with 20 seats available. Enroll or learn more here: https://impacteightyeight.com/revenuegetter-coaching-certification?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=rgcc_january2027_early&utm_content=i88_brand_page

I've been doing this work long enough now to notice a pattern I never set out to create.

Leaders come back 90 days into a coaching engagement, and they'll open with the numbers first, more homes sold, a stronger close rate, a team that's finally hitting its targets. But then, almost every time, the conversation shifts. They'll mention, almost as an aside, that their marriage feels different, or that they actually talk to their teenager now instead of just living in the same house.

That's the part of this work that means the most to me. Coaching someone to ask better questions on the sales floor and coaching someone to ask better questions at their own kitchen table use the exact same muscle. You can't develop one without the other showing up somewhere.

That's why "Family First" is one of our actual values at Impact Eighty Eight, not a phrase we put on a slide. A thriving team is made of thriving people, and thriving people have full lives outside of the job.

Drop a comment if coaching or leadership has ever spilled over into your life outside of work in a way you didn't expect. I'd love to hear it.

Impact Eighty Eight just wrapped its first Sales Leader AI workshop, and the leaders in the room left with more than notes. They left with their own AI leadership assistant, hired, onboarded, and trained by the end of the day, ready to take work off their plate so they can spend more time coaching their teams.

We'll be running this workshop again. If you want to see what it would look like for your leaders to build the same thing, reach out to Lindsey Ayala at [email protected]

It's the FINAL COUNTDOWN. 🚨

CoLab Live San Antonio is one month out and we are almost at max capacity.

This is your signal to stop deciding and start packing.

Two days with sales leaders who are done watching training create a short bump in energy and then nothing that sticks. Real frameworks, real practice, and a room full of people who lead sales teams for a living, not people watching from the sidelines.

Grab your ticket at the link in bio before the room fills.

A buyer walks into a model home and says, "We want three bedrooms." Most salespeople hear that, write it down, and think they've done their job. Ryan says that's the trap, and he breaks it down in this clip.

Three bedrooms could mean a home office, until it turns out it's really about giving a returning adult child somewhere to land, or wanting room to breathe after a hard year. Listening captures the words. Curiosity gets you to the reason behind them.

Curiosity comes first in the Three C's, the sequence that opens every buyer conversation before real discovery starts. It's a specific, coachable skill, not a personality trait, which is exactly what leaders learn to identify and coach inside the RevenueGetter Coaching Certification's 4E Coaching Method™.

The January 2027 group is filling, and standard enrollment closes December 15. Link in bio to learn more.

Final seats are open for CoLab Live San Antonio, September 15-16, at The Monarch in the Hemisfair District. And the speaker line-up is 🔥.

This is two days built for sales leaders who are tired of training that fades by the following Monday. The format keeps you moving between tables all day, so you're learning from the person next to you as much as the stage.

Brian Stern of Keystone Custom Homes put it simply after his CoLab experience: they gave him the lake, the boat, and the playbook. The only thing left was to execute.

Seats are capping out. If you lead a sales team and you're ready for two days that actually change what happens on Monday, don't wait on this one.

Drop a comment if you've got questions about the format or the speaker lineup.

Watch Ryan Taft break down a mistake he sees in almost every sales organization he walks into.

Leaders open coaching conversations with company vision, company goals, and what the business needs from the team. And the salesperson on the other side of that conversation isn't thinking about any of it. They're thinking about themselves. What's in it for them. What changes in their day, their paycheck, their confidence, if they actually apply what's being asked of them.

Ryan trains leaders to flip that conversation, and it's one of the core shifts built into the 4E Coaching Method™ he teaches inside every onsite engagement.

If your sales managers need to learn how to have coaching conversations that actually land, reach out to Lindsey Ayala at [email protected] or 843.296.9817 to get a training on the books for your team.

A sales manager at a recent CoLab Live event told Ryan Taft something that stuck with him. She'd been in leadership less than a year, and she thought she was the only one struggling in her role. No peer to call. No one at her level telling her the truth about what wasn't working.

By the end of the two days, she said the biggest shift wasn't a framework. It was realizing she wasn't carrying that weight alone.

CoLab Live brings six facilitators from companies that compete against each other in the market into the same room to teach side by side, because growing the industry matters more than protecting territory. Attendees sit with their table in the morning, then mix with new faces in the afternoon, and leave with a network of people doing their exact job in rooms across the country.

Charlotte sold out. San Antonio is next, this September at The Monarch in the Hemisfair District. Seats are $1,350.

If you've ever felt like the only one in the room who doesn't have it figured out, this one's for you.

Ryan learned to do a handstand when he was 8 years old. It took him the entire summer of practice.

He's 52 now. He still knows how to do it.

That's not a party trick, it's the whole argument for why practice matters more than most sales teams give it credit for.

A shifting market doesn't wait for your team to figure things out on the fly, and expecting them to adapt without practicing their sales skills first is setting them up to fail before they've even walked into the model home.

If your team could use live, on-site coaching from Ryan to build those skills the right way, reach out to Lindsey Ayala directly at [email protected].
