Sitting with two numbers today: agent expenses up 19% last year, and 45% of agents making under $40K while 20% made $150K or more.
That's a real divide, not a small gap.
Here's what I think is driving it: referral business costs far less to run than constantly chasing new leads. When expenses are climbing for everyone, that cost difference becomes the whole ballgame.
