**FREE: Vintage China Bistro Pylon Sign(s) — Must Remove**

These iconic China Bistro signs are well known to anyone in the Lakes Region area, and now they're available, free of charge, to the right person.

There are two signs available:

1. A large illuminated pylon sign (roof-style pagoda design with digital message board)
2. The "China Bistro" channel letter sign from the building canopy

**Take one or both.**

This is a free-to-a-good-home situation, but the responsibility and cost of removal falls entirely on you. To be considered, you need to:

- Have experience or licensed help with electrical disconnection (these are wired signs)
- Have the proper equipment to safely take the sign(s) down (lift/crane access may be needed for the pylon sign)
- Have a means of hauling the sign(s) away the same day
- Carry liability insurance or be willing to sign a release/waiver before starting work
- Coordinate a scheduled time — no walk-up attempts

Dear Followers,

I’m happy to share that the issues with this page have finally been resolved. As many of you know, my account was compromised, and it has taken time and effort to regain full control. I’m grateful to say that everything is now back in order.

This page no longer represents The Village at Pagus Bay. It is now solely dedicated to 89 Lake Street, the property where the former China Bistro still stands (for now).
