Just got back from Windsor, Colorado for the Hayden Outdoors Broker Summit, and this year I walked away in the $10 Million Club.

That was a pretty big milestone for me.

I’ve been with Hayden Outdoors for almost five years now (coming up in September), and it’s been a huge learning experience. Getting to work alongside some of the best men and women in real estate has pushed me to grow in ways I never expected.

One of the things I’m most proud of is that I get to do this alongside my daughter, Taylor. Watching her build her own path in this business has been pretty special.

I also got this photo with one of my favorite people in the world, JC Bosch. He’s been instrumental in helping both Taylor and me figure things out along the way. More than that, he’s just a genuinely good guy. We always enjoy getting to spend time with him and his whole Kansas crew.

Truthfully, the Hayden Outdoors Summit feels a lot like a big family reunion. Every year we meet new agents we haven’t crossed paths with yet, reconnect with the ones we know, swap stories, learn a few things, and remind ourselves why we do this work.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of this team and hope I get to do it for a long time.

It’s truly been a blessing.

‼ New year means new specialty license plates ‼
The Rodeo and Search and Rescue specialty plates were created by the Wyoming Legislature during the 2025 session.
Funds from the Search and Rescue plate support those efforts around the state, while the rodeo plate helps fundraise for Wyoming collegiate rodeo programs.
🤠 Fun fact - the Rodeo plate features an historic photo of Steamboat! (Thanks to the University of Wyoming for the photo!)
Plates become available Jan. 2 via WYDOT or County Treasurer's office.

🏡✨ Closing day for Will!

His very first home. His very first keys. And his very first, “Wait… I actually have to mow the lawn?” moment. 😂

We made an offer on another house that didn’t work out, but honestly, buying a home is a lot like dating. The wrong ones fall through so you can find the right match. And this one?
Definitely the perfect fit. Room to grow, close to work, and a deck where he can finally grill (no more second floor apartment life!). 🍔🔥
