Suites 2 & 3 are available for a combined 3,000 sqft of brand new space!!! And they can be ready as quickly as you need them to be, with any improvements that you need done including but not limited to walls, half walls with countertops, etc.

Alternatively, if you don’t need quite as much space we are willing to subdivide these two units into 1,500 sqft under certain conditions.

We are also getting bids to add an awning on the front of the building as well.

This area has been booming the last few years with the Credit Union of Texas (CUTX) and Texas Heritage National Bank (THNB) being built and now an investment office and another modern style home or office being built on the other two corners of Redbud/Titus! Not to mention the various other established businesses in this area!

Suite 1 has officially been leased❗️(The far left if you are facing the building)

Suites 2 & 3 are still available. They are a combined 3,000 sqft of space with two separate thermostats and bathrooms.

If you are not needing that much space then I am willing to subdivide under certain terms & conditions. In the case of subdivision, Suites 2 & 3 would then become 1,500 sqft of space each and would still both have a bathroom and its own thermostat. That is one reason that we intentionally left out flooring due to that uncertainty.
