Maintenance Technician

Aperto Property Management, Inc. is a growing Multifamily Property Management Company. We are currently searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our awesome team in Gilroy CA.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you are responsible for all maintenance activities for the property, which includes coordinating with other maintenance and third-party contractors. This individual should be experienced in all levels of apartment maintenance, with a well-rounded background in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance maintenance. Duties will include maintaining all common areas of the communities including offices, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces.
Qualifications:
2+ year's general maintenance experience.
Knowledge of the apartment industry and skills required for HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical duties, and fire alarm panels.
Demonstrable computer abilities, Windows (Word and Excel), Internet and email, and other, relevant applications.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Availability to participate in on-call emergency rotation and responds to emergencies after-hours as needed.
Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license is required.

Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus!
