As we enter February, I’m starting to hear of more and more homes that are receiving multiple offers again or even selling quicker than they have been over the last few months so we may start to see an upwards trend. Quick story: about a year ago I met two sisters that had inherited at home and wanted to make sure that when they sold it, they were going to get as much money as possible.

The home was full of their mother’s personal belongings, and the thought of clearing it out or and even renovating it for sale was daunting to them.
