The worst real estate advice in Gilroy sounds right until it costs you money.

I hear the same myths every week. From clients, from DMs, from people repeating something they read online without checking if it actually held up.

Some of these are harmless. Others have cost people tens of thousands or set their plans back by months.

I'd rather be the agent who gives you the honest answer now than the one who stays quiet and lets you learn it the hard way.

The best local spots in Gilroy that locals would rather you didn't know about. 🤫

I cannot believe I'm sharing this so consider this your heads up to visit them now before everyone catches on.

Honorable mentions: 👇
Alehouse & Bistro: Most people end up splitting the KFC bowl and a couple margaritas on the patio, then accidentally staying through dinner.

Cafe Dolce Vita: If it’s date night and you don’t order the lobster ravioli with a bottle of red, somebody at the next table probably will.

Hacienda Cafe & Grill: The move here is churro waffles and a horchata latte before the church crowd shows up around late morning.

The best ones move fast. Be ready to move quickly, have your financing locked, and your priorities clear.

Homeowners selling in the summer are often working around tight deadlines.

School starting, a job change, or a move already in motion. When we understand what they need, we can structure an offer that stands out without necessarily paying more.

Competition can create pressure to cut corners. A bidding war doesn't mean the house is perfect. Protect yourself and get the inspection.

A summer move is absolutely doable. You just need to go in prepared (with an experienced agent on your side!)
