Our waitlist for the 2 bedrooms at 60% is now open! We expect to have a few vacancies in the coming weeks for our spacious 934 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments.

Please contact the leasing office or visit us Monday-Friday 9am-5pm to pick up an application. Rent is $1904 per month and the deposit options range between $200-$2000 depending on credit.

The Cannery is an affordable housing community. Income restrictions apply.
