If you damage items in an apartment you rent from us, the payment for repairs made is the tenants responsibility.

If an AC is broke, we fix it. If a toilet is not working, we fix it. No problem!

If you break off a shower valve due to carelessness, or your angry baby daddy busted it, it is not up to us to repair and pay for the damage. You will have to find someone to complete the repairs or we can schedule it on your behalf but you will still be responsible for payment of fix.

We are responsible to repair regular wear and tear.

We will have a one bedroom apartment in Carlinville available sometime in July. It is a first floor unit with one bedroom. Pets allowed with $25 monthly pet fee. Security cameras for safety. Shared laundry room on site. We pay for trash, water, and sewer. Tenant pays all other utilities. Rent is $675 per month. Security deposit is $675.
