36 HOURS AND COUNTING DOWN TILL - NEVER NEVER LAND
Well I will be at our shop FRIDAY AND SAT
FRIDAY IS DAY WE WILL BE HERE FOR YOU TO LOOK AROUND ALREADY HAVE HAD PEOPLE COME AND CHECK OUT THE EQUIPMENT SO STOP ON IN! CALL IF YOU WANT 814-774-4481
We will be set up for the Auction on Sat.
There will be items not listed on line for sale as we found MORE stuff in the storage trailers an did not have time to list.
I will be reviewing the listing and adding some better descriptions to the 599 listed items so you will know what some of the items fit
A lot of my parts have never seen day light a new boss snowplow controller for V plows, parts for my grasshopper mowers still have the dealers part numbers on them tires for small equipment still have the stens stickers. New belts with original sleeves. Craftsman tools never in the Field or used
With it looking like gasoline prices going up if you buy any of the propane conversion parts or tank i will help you get set up - tractor supply sell propane for less than reg gasoline.
Carson said he has lined up a food truck for Sat and I WILL turn up the heated floor to 65 degree's that means we will have 1800sq feet of warm - if you know me i hate being cold

Doug and i WILL attach all manuals to equipment before the auction so you can double ck what the item is and numbers
Note Chesley personal will be back This coming Thursday and probably list another page of snow repair items an Propane conversion and propane tanks
UPDATE #3 02/20/2025 another day of listing items Carson said they are up to over 400 lots listed on the on line auction site and they still have another day of listing to do. HOW in the world did i acquire this much stuff. every thing is in good or working shape or is marked if it is parts - new item lightly used item hard to get items
Kawasaki engines fh721v motors ran on propane all the carbs are like new as they removed when i put propane carbs on. Do not forget ok to call me to come and look and ask questions. 814-774-4481

Well it is time for me to slow down. Our landscape accounts have been acquired an will be serviced by a friend of mine. But i have to be available to work on the accounts for one season. So i am going to be still in the field just not as much as i have in the past. So come to the AUCTION ON MARCH 8TH 2025 an buy some well maintained equipment as you all know i take care of my equipment

Well the snow is almost done for this year and we will be starting to work outside in the yards to get them ready for spring.
But we need your help. We are short 4 to 5 people to take care of our work load for this upcoming season.
We usually work Monday thru Friday and try an keep weekend work to a minim and work overtime only if the employee is interested. Our wages are competitive with other company's in the area.
