CONGRATULATIONS and WELCOME HOME to our VA buyer, Tim! 🏡🎊🔑 This deal was tricky one, and it was a bit of a mad dash to the closing table coming off a holiday weekend, but we made it!
Shout out to Jordan McCrary Haynes with Rose City Lending. This girl jumped every hurdle we faced without hesitation! The first lender could not/would not work with this single wide manufactured home. So once again, it was Jordan to the rescue! 🏃‍♀️💥

Exactly six years ago today, I received my real estate sales agent license and began a career that I have grown to love. As of last week, I became a licensed real estate BROKER!🎉 While this license allows me to oversee my own brokerage, I will remain with my Miller Homes Group family as a Broker Associate and Team Lead for Bailey Realty Group - Miller Homes Group. This milestone doesn't mean my learning is complete. Transactions are rarely textbook, and regulations and forms are ever evolving, and I will continue to strive to be the best I can be for the sake of each and evey client. ❤️
