First up: Jefferson! 🎉 A huge congratulations on buying your first home! This one checked all the boxes—especially the location, where he already spends countless hours training for his Ironman competitions (because he’s an absolute BOSS 💪). But let’s be honest… the real homeowner here is Cooper 🐶, who just scored a fully fenced backyard to run, play, and live his best life.

Next is Josh. This one was incredibly special. After renting this house for many, many years, it’s no longer just the place he lives—it’s officially his home. I was so grateful to be part of such a meaningful milestone.

And finally, the Zorichs! 🎊 Congratulations on the sale of your home! Somewhere along the way I also gained a new best friend. ❤️ We worked through some tough negotiations together, but we got to the finish line, and I couldn’t be happier for them as they start their next chapter.
