For ACH earnest money deposits, our company uses Earnnest, a third-party service that allows customers to securely submit their earnest money online.

Please Note: Because Earnnest is an independent third-party provider, our office does not have access to their system and is unable to troubleshoot or resolve technical issues customers may experience while submitting their deposit.

Below, we have provided a link to a step-by-step tutorial explaining how to complete the payment, as well as Earnnest’s customer support phone number for assistance.

If your customer experiences an issue, please have them contact Earnnest Support directly, as their support team has the necessary access and resources to assist them.

We are always happy to help whenever we can; however, when it comes to technical issues within the Earnnest platform, it is not that we are unwilling to assist—we simply do not have access to their system to do so.

🚨 Earnest Money Alert! 🚨

If you have a buyer trying to submit their earnest money online through Earnnest, tell them it’s not them, it’s Earnnest. 😂

Earnnest is currently down and apparently taking an unplanned little Monday vacation. 🏖️ They’re working on getting it back up and running as quickly as possible.

So, for now, tell your buyers to stop entering the access code 47 times—it's not going to work. 😆

We’ll keep you posted when Earnnest decides it’s ready to come back to work!
