I've been hearing the same thing all month: "Isn't the market rough right now?"

Sellers say it at the kitchen table. Buyers say it before we've even walked into the first house. And I get it — it's a lot to keep up with, and the headlines don't make it easy.

So I sat down with the actual numbers this month, and I was so glad to see what they showed. Prices are still increasing across the metro. Homes are still moving. Sometimes the feeling of a market and the facts of a market are two different things — and that's genuinely good news if you've been holding your breath.
