Maintenance Technician and Make Ready Technician
NEEDED: Full time experienced maintenance technicians for the Northland area

Our ideal candidate must be a team player, dependable for large apartment communities and able to provide preventive maintenance. Applicant must have knowledge in all aspects of maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, lock replacement, appliance repair, leak repair, furnace & air conditioning repair/replacement and water heater repair or installation.
Job Duties
Prioritize work orders and handle each in the most efficient manner.
Perform “make ready” projects for the preparation of vacant units.
Repair/replace appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers & disposals.
Repair leaks and removing clogs in sinks and toilets.
Diagnose problems with furnaces and air conditioning units. Determine the best method to repair and replace all or part of the unit. 410A & R22
Swimming pool maintenance –experience preferred
Lock replacements and repairs
HVAC not a Requirement but it is a plus.
Requirements
Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
Able to pass drug screening procedures.
Must be flexible and available for weekends, overtime if needed, and on-call emergencies.
