How’d we do it?! 🤯
Last week I had two different listings hit the market. After only 2 days on the market, my listing in Blue Springs went under contract over asking price with multiple offers. And after only 4 days, my listing in Platte City went under contract with amazing terms and multiple offers.
Honestly that’s pretty amazing considering that the average days on market for Blue Springs is 30 days, and 54 days for Platte City. So how were we able to do it? Here’s a quick overview of my process:
1. First, I do a discovery meeting so I can learn more about your individual situation, wants, needs, and expectations. Obviously you’ll only want to move forward if it makes sense for you to do so, and you’re completely comfortable with everything involved in the process. I take the time to explain every detail of the process and go over all the required paperwork up front, so you’re not hit with any surprises along the way.
2. If everything makes sense and you’re comfortable with the process, we’ll need to get the home ready for the market. That can include professional staging, cleaning, and pictures/media so that we can show your home in its best light. I take care of all of this so you don’t have to worry about it. You’ll have enough on your plate just trying to prepare for your move!
3. Once your house is ready for the market, it’s time for professional marketing. Having your home on the MLS and other websites is one great way to get a ton of exposure, but it doesn’t stop there. We also do paid advertising, flyers, pointer signs, open houses, and mailers to maximize the eyes on your property. The bigger the net, the more fish you catch!
4. Professional consulting. Once we have offers in hand, I help you filter through the pros and cons of each section of the contract, ensuring you make the best decision possible to reach your goals.
5. High levels of communication and trust. This is the most important one to me. You need someone that is there for you when you need them during this stressful and emotional process. Someone you can count on and trust that they have your best interest in mind. Ask any of my clients and they’ll tell you this is where I shine. I am there for you through absolutly every step!
