The Gladstone Housing Commission/Waterview Apartments is NOW HIRING FOR A PART-TIME MAINTENANCE POSITION.
20-32 hours per week from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
The job is to maintain a healthy and safe environment inside the buildings and on the grounds, for approximately 120 residents.
Qualifications: GED (some college or technical schooling a plus). Must be able to be self-directed and work with other maintenance staff, physically able to lift 45 pounds and be able to understand verbal and written instructions, must be able to fill out paper work from computer generated work orders.
Job Duties and Tasks: Cleaning common areas, hallways and vacant units, painting, mowing/trimming grass, snow removal, assisting maintenance with minor repairs of equipment and buildings.
