On April 5th I listed a beautiful home and got it on the internet around 1:00 PM. Just a few minutes later I got a phone from a potential buyer wanting to tour the home ASAP! Around 4 1/2 hours or so later, we were under contract! Our closing is today! Awesome buyers, and sellers made this a very smooth transaction! Right price, right location + strong marketing = SOLD!

In the last few days, I have sent RE/MAX referrals to Costa Rica and The Dominican Republic...RE/MAX is in 110 Countries and Territories around the world. GLOBAL presence is very important when choosing a Real Estate company. I have worked with clients from New Zealand, Malaysia, Poland, and not long ago, I showed property here in Barren County Ky to clients from Nigeria. Global brand recognition is just one of many things to consider when choosing your next Real Estate transaction.

Sitting here at the office on a cold Saturday morning...I just wrote a purchase contract for a super nice couple that are excited for their very first home purchase. It's a blessing to be a part of the process. I have 8 closings upcoming, and if this one comes to terms it will be number 9 in process...but first time buyers are special to me due to their eagerness to learn, and the excitement involved. Real Estate is a crazy way to make a living, but as I am about to start my 18th year, I could not imagine doing anything else.
