Besides the fact that they are great people, they were my second real estate clients, who I met at my open house for the first listing of my career. I was SO green. Still learning, still relying heavily on my mentor, the incomparable Rick Conary. But we connected, they felt they could trust me and since we met all those years ago they’ve purchased and sold with me 4 times. This is what it means to build real, genuine relationships and maintain them. Sadly, this transaction may be our last as they’ve sold this home and relocated to Florida. Small Business Sunday! Stopped in to Glastonbury’s newest brick and mortar clothing store ! Great location, clothes, accessories and atmosphere! Debbie is super passionate about her business and has been in the industry for years. Go check it out ASAP - smaller boutiques mean less skus so once your size is gone it’s gone and new styles will replace it. All of the jewelry hails from a small husband and wife owned company in Vermont. It’s so great to see a small business supporting another small business!

Congratulations to my amazing clients on the purchase of their first home! We got in to see it within hours of it being listed, submitted an offer a couple of hours later, put the seller’s feet to the fire by including a quick expiration on the offer and after very little negotiation, the seller accepted. Buyers can ABSOLUTELY come out of a transaction feeling really great about their purchase despite this being the best sellers market ever. In honor of Earth Day, I want to encourage anyone and everyone who has not yet seen movie to please, please do so 🙏🏻 It’s eye opening, inspiring and teaches us that we, the consumers, have to take the lead and do as much as we possibly can to support Regenerative Agriculture in order to save our soil. Did you know that in one handful of soil there are more organisms than there are humans on earth?! And when we farm the way that we have been, we damage the soil and in doing so cause it to release CO2 into the atmosphere which has had serious consequences for the climate. The importance of Regenerative Ag. isn’t just about the atmosphere...it’s imperative for plants, animals and humans...it’s a cycle and we’re all in it together.
I learned so much from this incredible film and if just one more person watches it after seeing this post I’ll be so thankful.
