This one was tugged on my heart strings so much. Massachusetts had to say goodbye to such a wonderful family so they could move closer to their loved ones down south. Although I understand, it’s so hard when clients become like family and we have to part ways. I’m so excited for their future and for them to be able to raise their boys with all the love and support around them. It does take a village, but never forget … the Miale village is always here for you too! Best of luck and congratulations Delaney and Joseph 🎉🏠

I can’t even begin to describe how proud I am of my clients (and first time home buyers), Alex & Lexi, for working so hard to get pretty close to their dream home! We met last winter at an open house and they partnered with me immediately to get everything in perfect alignment. They listened to every piece of advice our team provided and it paid off BIG TIME! In a multi offer situation they won on their FIRST TIME trying on a home they REALLY wanted. I’m so happy for you guys. Congratulations on your hard work … now start making all those memories 🎉

To help first time home buyers win BIG in a multi-offer situation for a home they fell in LOVE with .... AND to to help sellers get their home under agreement so they can move out of state to be closer to family is SO rewarding. I love sharig stories like these. ❤
