❤️Congratulations to my seller for trusting in my expertise. When I met this particular client, she was unsure on whether she wanted to keep renting this beautiful condo, or go all the way and sell. She was concerned she would not see the numbers she wanted, and had no problem continuing to rent the dwelling. She had gone through numerous realtors who kept saying "Let me know when your ready to sell."
When Sarah called me, I took a different approach.
