This was an especially tricky deal to bring to the closing table. The buyers lease was almost up and my client needed to buy a new home in order to sell her condo and had nothing lined up to purchase. Deals like this expire and fall apart all to frequently in today’s market..

This market is still very competitive for buyers and the timing of everything needed to be just right! Through some very open communication with the buyers agent…
(And some door knocking on my end!)

We were able to work this deal as a team and everyone walked away a winner!!! 🏆
