We are a 55+ active adult community located in a quiet residential area in Glastonbury, Ct. We feature architect-designed, detached, single family homes and attached garages with three different models to choose from. At present, our Association consists of 28 occupied Units, 1 Unit under construction, and 4 additional undeveloped properties available for a total of 33. All homes feature first floor master bedrooms, open floor plans, high-end gas appliances, custom cabinetry, hardwood floors, and gas fireplaces. Monthly fees include lawn mowing and fertilization, snow removal, trash removal, exterior maintenance (roof, siding, decks, etc.) Our Association is composed of people from all walks of life who have come together to enjoy a friendly, low maintenance, and congenial neighborhood lifestyle. Unit owners have the opportunity to engage in social activities such as book club, ladies luncheon, men’s breakfast, and various owner hosted seasonal parties and activities.
