It starts with calling your shot. Then shooting it. That's the game. In Shoot Your Shot, every agent on our team decides a measurable activity that they want to do to show up in their business. An activity you’ve been meaning to do, an activity you don't make time for, activities that actually grow your business. Those are your shots. No rules on what the shot is, just that you call it first and then start shooting. Every shot made? Two points.

Who’s going to be the MVP of Round 1? They become the temporary guardian of the most unnecessarily loud trophy we could find along with a few other fun MVP perks. The kind of trophy that’s so big and extra, my girls literally won it at a national dance competition and not a single person in the entire dance studio was willing to take it. So naturally I did and now it will rotate ownership to our lucky Cardinal Team MVPs.
