This was a special closing for me, because I got to help a high school friend’s sister move back to Richmond for a new job. Another reason this one was special is that her sister thought I would be the perfect agent to help and referred me. She was so sweet and knew exactly what she wanted and we found this house on our first meeting. So happy for her. I’m I’m so thankful for my friend’s referral too! It means so much that people think of me when a friend or family is looking to buy.

I have been busy this last quarter of 2025 with some of my favorite people. I’m very blessed to have worked not once, but twice with all of them. I appreciate that they have trusted me with helping them find their new homes. Their needs were all different ranging from a townhome, a single family in Lakeside to a property with acreage for horses.

Met my client on a Tuesday to discuss listing her home. We had it ready that Friday for showings and had a busy open house that weekend. With multiple offers, she was very happy to get over her asking price and closed quickly. If you are thinking about selling, please give me a call.
