I hear it all the time: “We're just going to wait until rates come down.”

But here's something many buyers don't realize…

Instead of waiting and hoping for lower rates, we can explore negotiating seller concessions toward a permanent interest rate buydown.

And while you're waiting?

Just closed with the sweetest family relocating to the area for work. 🤍 They found such a beautiful traditional home that honestly feels like a warm hug the second you walk through the door.

I have such a soft spot for older homes, the character, the charm, and that cozy feeling you just can’t recreate. This one was such a good find, and I’m so happy they get to call it home. 🏡

Two closings, one sale, one purchase, a whole lot of ups and downs… and baby number three basically waiting at the finish line. 😂🏡

I helped this sweet family sell their home and get into their new one with only a couple of days to spare before their newest little addition arrives.

It was definitely one of those transactions that kept everyone on their toes, but they trusted me to keep pushing, problem-solving and getting us to the closing table.

Both homes closed on time, and now they can unpack boxes, set up a nursery and hopefully have a baby in that order. 🤍🔑

When I say I go the extra mile for my clients… sometimes I mean through the woods, over fallen trees, in the rain, while being eaten alive by mosquitoes. 😂🌿🦟

My client is on crutches and couldn’t walk this waterfront lot, so she asked me to do it for her and take videos. It poured yesterday, was still sprinkling today, and the mosquitoes nearly carried me away 🫠

but I made it to the water, got her the perfect video, and made it back to the car.

Just here to say, I am doing the absolute most for my clients, and can’t nobody tell me otherwise.

After more than a year of searching, my clients finally found the one! 🏡

They secured the cutest 1920s home with the most amazing exposed brick wall inside, and I already know they’re going to make it everything they’ve been looking for.

This one is definitely bittersweet because they have the same taste in homes as me, and touring old homes with them has always been so much fun.
