Yesterday was a dream & today is a victory! 🫶🏻

I’ve desired being in this exact position since I started in real estate 4.5 years ago. This is my second full house renovation project & I’m excited to keep going. 🐆

I buy the houses under my Kline Design LLC, come up with the design plans for the house, and make sure the plan is clearly communicated with my contractor. I purchase materials necessary for the renovations to take place and check on the progress nonstop to make sure everyone has what they need & we are all on the same page as things are being completed. I buy the furniture for the staging of the houses & execute the layout with my talented best friend Tori Elmore 🪩 And last but not least, I prepare for the market & I sell my houses with my brokerage Keeton & Co Real Estate 🤍

I love having my hand in every step of the process & sharing the end result with all of you!
